New Leaf Interiors offers staging services for home sales (both vacant and occupied), Short Term/Vacation Rentals and model homes. Kellie Van Antwerp, our expert stager, and will work with you in the following ways to help you achieve your goals, whether merchandising your home for sale, creating a lovely short-term vacation rental or setting up beautiful model homes.

Home Staging

Selling your home?

We work with your Realtor to understand the marketing strategy and target buyer, and create a staging plan to show your home in its best light, focusing on the bet selling points and minimizing drawbacks.

We offer two options for staging:

Flat Rate General Consultation $350.00

Perfect for those who are willing to do the work themselves, but need a road map to follow.

This option consists of a walk-through of your home, and a written assessment of recommendations. The client then executed the plan on their own, with the option to call the Stager back for continued support on an hourly basis.

Full Service Staging Price Varies/Hourly based

This option has our Stager creating a tailored staging plan, estimating costs and preparing a proposal. The Stager then executes the staging plan in its entirety. The Stager will use existing items in the home, if available, and may also require the use of additional new items. There is also an option to rent items.

Model Homes and Apartments

This option is perfect for builders/developers/property managers who have spec homes, model homes or apartments to aid in their sales or rental activities.

Our Stager will create a plan that can fit your budget, and may include setting up vignettes for focal areas or furnishing rooms, and entire house furnishing and accessorizing. There are purchase and rental options available.

We offer two options:

Do It Yourself

Browse our curated rooms, find what you like. We'll get it ordered, shipped and sent to your doorstep.

In addition, for a set-up fee, our Stager will install everything and set it up for you.

Full Service Design and Set Up

Price varies/Hourly based

Our Stager will work with you to create a full design plan, make selections, order and install your rental.
